BULGARIA DEVELOPMENT LAND. Buying land for development need not be limited to those who run large building companies. People with different financial means European countries can acquire a plot in Bulgaria with good attributes and at a reasonable price. Land for sale in Bulgaria along the Black Sea coast and near ski resorts is the most popular for property investment and property development. Most enquiries are from foreign investors searching for front line development plots with restricted sea views, but these properties are becoming scarcer. The price of land in Bulgaria varies considerably depending on the area in which you intend to buy, the size of plots on offer and the building use of the land. If you are viewing plots of agricultural land or plots without planning permission, often referred to as 'unregulated land', then this typically means that the authorities have not marked that area for development. It does not mean that you cannot build there, but you would need to go through a legal process to convert the land to 'regulated land', i.e. to obtain a permission for building. The safest option would be to purchase regulated land but of course the price of this land is much more expensive than unregulated land. In our database of new land plots are added daily and the whole database is checked for accuracy and updated regularly. Find the best deals in land prices with MIRELA!
