Project
The design solution of the building has been made for 4 floors, plus an attic floor. The ground floor hosts reception-hall, lobby-bar and 3 shops /each avails with wash room./ The building avails with the following: a reception hall, a lobby-bar, a sauna, a ski-wardrobe, a laundry and security. Also are provided opportunity for open-air and covered parking. Concerning the warm summer months, are secured your recreation convenience by the garden in front of the building.
Construction
Monolithic contruction with red bricks masonry. Internal walls made of gypsumboard , the external with thermoinsulation. The design of the building is with traditional for the region elements. The joinery is PVC. The common areas are finished with first-class materials. Each dining room /bed room's floor is from laminate particles, the bathrooms are fully equipped, the kitchenette are provided with kitchen cupboards with sinks, hot-plates and refrigerators. The heating is based on electrical radiators.
The town of Bansko has both historical and tourist value. The town rose up on its present location around 9-10th centuries after the formation of the adjacent quarters of Bansko. In the middle of 18th century Bansko was a big and rich settlement developing crafts and trade. The caravans of Bansko traders travelled from the Aegean to Middle Europe transporting tobacco, cotton, precious goods, gold. Bansko lived its "Golden Age" in the second half of 18th century and the beginning of 19th century when it reached economic and cultural peak: The art school of Bansko was established: the disciples of the school added many secular and historical subjects; a monastery school and a comprehensive school were opened.
The town of Bansko is located on 925 m. above sea level, and its skiing area is on 2000-2600 m. The Pirin mountain has a predominantly Alpine character and highest peak in the area is Vihren 2914 m.
The ski pistes are located in two main ski - centres- CHALIN VALOG (1100-1600m) and SHILIGARNIKA (1700-2500m). They are approximately 10 kilometers above the town on the northern slopes of Pirin, and are easily accessible for approx. 25 minutes on the new Gondola lift which starts from Bansko. The total length of the marked pistes is 65 kilometers. Although the resort is world famous for not more than 10 years it has a lot to offer to its guests. The resort has excellent snow conditions with great snow cover from December untill May.
