Location
Surrounded by the Pirin, Rila and Rhodope mountains, the town of Bansko is situated 925 m. above sea level, with the ski runs being 2000-2600 m. above sea level. As Bulgaria's fastest growing ski resort with a population of approximately 10,000 permanent residents, Bansko enjoys a skiing season stretching from early to mid December and lasting through to mid May. Bansko has a variety of excellent ski runs for all degrees of difficulty, the ski school center is one of the best in Europe with more than 120 highly-qualified ski and snowboard instructors, who speak your language, teaching both beginners and advanced skiers.
Also, Bansko is a very popular summer resort, with a range of activities to enjoy including guided walking and cycling tours. Tennis courts, hunting, fishing, biking and climbing as well as other activity based recreational pursuits are also available. The unique climate is extremely healthy and provides excellent conditions for climatic therapy and health tourism all year round.
About the complex
Pirin View Apartments Complex is ideally situated at the foot of Pirin Mountain, facing the Todorka peak and the ski tracks. The unique location provides a breathtaking and unspoiled view of the magnificent Rila and Pirin mountains and the adjoining countryyard. The complex is 500 meters to the planned second Gondola station and 600 meters (15 minutes walk) to the existing Gondola, just 5 minutes drive from the 18 holes Yan Woosnam Pirin Golf Course and less than 15 minutes walk will get you to the old town of Bansko.
Project
The complex is planned as a modern and luxury development, designed in authentic Bansko style. No compromise will be made in the the excellence of construction, the quality of materials, or the standard of finishing. Pirin View will be build to a high internal specification, including central heating in the common areas, local heating with class A economy electrical radiators in the apartments, a telephone connection, a cable TV connection.
