The town of Sandanski is a resort situated in the west slopes of the Pirin Mountains, along the mouth of Sandanska Bistritsa River and stands at 225 m altitude. Named after Bulgarian revolutionary Yane Sandanski.

Sandanski is famous for its unique climate and its thermal springs. This is the place where spring first comes in Bulgaria. The influence from the Mediterranean Sea makes the winter open and the autumn- warm and longer. The annual average temperature is 14.7C

The mineral springs in Sandanski have been used as far back as in the times of remote antiquity.

Because of its unique climate features and the healing powers of the spring waters there, Sandanski is an akcnowledged balneological resort. It is known as the best natural public health station.

The city features 6 mineral springs, and water temperature is between 78 C to 81 C. The total capacity is 1400 liter per minute.

The resort is visited all year round and it's known as a balneological center that has a favourable impact on chronically pulmonary diseases, skin diseases, kidney.

Project

The complex consists of 6 houses situated in 2 decares surface and is 300 m. away from "Sandanski" inter hotel. Each of the houses has its own garage. Electricity, water supply, sewerage system and central heating will be installed.

Each house will also have its own heating-meter and air conditioner. To enter the complex you will need to have a smart card to "overcome" the electronic barrier.

Each house is 2 floor building. To build them we will use Greek bricks. The outer plaster will be "Euromix" combined with 'fibran' thermal insulation.

The houses will be delivered fully furnished. The yards will be designed by a landscape architect.

The access in the complex will be restricted with smart-cards
