The ethnographic complex "Living Water" is situated on the Black Sea coast, in a picturesque part of the outskirts of Varna – Vinitsa. The complex is designed in an old Mediterranean style, with stone and wood used as principal materials for the facades and exterior.

The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette and a bedroom, bathroom with a toilet, three balconies - 1.23 sq.m. each. A view to the sea.

The vacation resort comprises:

• A residential building
• A restaurant - has indoor capacity for 50-60 people (for winter) and a terrace for additional tables for 30-40 people.
• A swimming pool - 8 x 18 m large and has a shallow area for children and an integrated bar. It is designed to be used 7-8 months of the year.
• Non-residential building - comprises: a) a conference hall for 70 people, 8 craftsmen's studios, a party hall, a fitness & spa centre (with premises for massage, beauty and medical therapies, saunas, jaccuzzis etc).
• A parking lot - The parking lot is designed for approximately 15 cars.

The price is inclusive of all internal finishing works and full furnishing!

All units are for sale with no commission for the buyer!
