The town of Razlog is situated in The Razlog valley between Rila, Pirin and Rodopi Mountains. The Mesta river goes throuhg it. It is 155 km from the capital Sofia and only 6 km away from the most developed mountain resort in Bulgaria - Bansko. A walk in Razlog is a real adventure, the visitors can see 41 of the Bulgarian national revival buildings in a pretty good repair and a lot of craft workshops. 10 km away from Qzo riverside there is a working water-mill. There are regular buses to the town of Bansko, Blagoevgrad, Gotze Delchev, Velingrad, Sofia and other towns and villages. Its situation makes it a starting point of many tourist routes in Rila and Pirin Mountains. Razlog is a small town, but a very lively one.

The building is consisted of 7 (seven) floors, in the typical for the region alpine style. The beautiful facade is in the spirit of the tradition. Conforming with the new European requirements for a resort-complex of closed type, and also for a better comfort of the visitors and of the owners of the apartments there are bar, the so called "mehana"-a typical Bulgarian restaurant and also 2 main restaurants included in the building. Each one of them is separated and has its own kitchen.
In the southwest part there is an open playground with swimming pool and SPA-centre, also a golf-stimulator and a fitness-centre with rooms for massage and hairdresser. There is a room provided for medical services too.
The building has 3 (three) entrances, as the main which looks to the south has a reception and a lobby bar. There are also 4 (four) lifts on the plan. Except the entrances the plan of the building provides also 4 (four) evacuation exits and a separated entrance for supplies.
In the eastern part of the roof of the building we can see a tower for viewing the magnificent scenery overlooking to Pirin, Rila, the Rodopi Mountains , and the cities of Razlog and Bansko.

The apartment is open planed. It consists of: a bedroom, a living-room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a WC. It is near to the ski-room and to the bar and restaurant, the swimming pool. South-east and south-west exposure.

The successful formula of Mirela for inner organization and work with clients allows the company to expand its activities and to form new teams of strongly motivated employees and specialists. One of the last initiatives on this occasion was the organization of trainings for real estate agents according to Mirela's conception for working in the sphere of the real estates.
The trainings are organized as seminars and lecture discussions and take place every Saturday in the conference hall in Central Park hotel on Vitosha Blvd in Sofia city.
The company trainings are mainly intended for the new employees and junior agents. But a lot of titular agents with gained experience and administrators show interest in participating in it.
The aim of the lectures is to introduce the terminology, the main principals and methods in the commercial intermediation with real estates, the learning of specific knowledge and abilities, and the acquiring of merely practical and proved successful models of work according to the elaborated Mirela's concept for working with clients and inner company organization.
The lecturers of the trainings are the managers of the different Mirela's offices and other specialists in the sphere of the construction investment process, human resources and commercial practices.
Ten are the main topics of the seminars: 'All kinds of properties and specification of offering', 'Style and corporative rules in Mirela', 'Main activities in the real estate agent's work in accordance with Mirela's policy', 'Communications and movement of the information', 'Specifications of working with off-plan properties', 'Specifications of working with properties from the secondary market', 'Specifications of offering and realizing of deals with houses and plots', 'Mortgage loans', 'Holiday properties', 'Realizing of deals with foreign clients'.
We must emphasize that the seminars have only practical purposes and aim to give an answer of the main questions that our real estate agents have: 'How to act and what to do to have maximum amount of deals and pleased clients?'
By discussions and making out certain cases, the agents gain self-confidence and assurance how to manage with this not so easy business and how to work in such a competitive sphere.
The seminars also provide profound and specialized knowledge on actual topics from the real estate market in Bulgaria. Each lecture mould and create self-conscious, motivation, positive attitude and productiveness in the participants.
Besides, Mirela's seminars are meant to improve and develop the knowledge in one definite part - the consultant and agency activities in the sphere of real estates, as making excellent conditions for effectiveness and productiveness in the agent's work.
