The bathroom floor is laid out with terracotta, walls are covered with faience. Hot water boiler and electrical radiators also come as standard.
One Bedroom Apartment

One bedroom flats in this complex have a kitchen, a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and an entrance hall. All apartments are fully fitted and furnished. Built-in units and drawers, thermo and water resistant work tops, stainless steel sink and tap feature in the kitchen. For complete comfort and convenience we have provided a built-in oven, ceramic hot plates, air filter, built-in fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and an iron. Full set of cutlery is also included. The living room is equipped with carpet, rug and curtains. Other pieces of furniture in this room include dinning table, coffee table, armchair, TV cupboard, color TV, chairs and an extendable sofa. Each bedroom comes complete with a wardrobe, bedside tables, double bed, mattress, dressing table with a mirror and a stool. Complete set of bed linen is provided

The bathroom walls are covered with faience and the floor is terracotta. It is also equipped with a hot water boiler, washbasin, heating system and a splash curtain.
Two Bedroom Apartment

Each two bedroom flat in the building has a second bedroom, apart from the living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and the entrance hall.

The equipment and cutlery in the kitchen is exactly the same as the one in the studio and one-bedroom flats. We have included a full set of cutlery, as well as the standard kitchen equipment like oven ceramic hot plates, air filter, fridge-freezer, toaster and a kettle.

The living room has a softwood dinning table, chairs, coffee table, TV cupboard, color TV and an expandable sofa.

In the bedroom we have provided bedside tables, wardrobe, dresser and a double bed. All the necessary bed linen is also included.  In the next bedroom there are two single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, mattresses and complete set of bed linen. 

Property managment

The maintenance of the complex is guaranteed as a leading Real Estate Management Agency will be responsible for the maintenance.

Bansko and Razlog - wonderful place for sport and recreation

Bansko

Bansko is one of the fastest growing Bulgarian resorts. It is located in the foot of Pirin Mountain and combines the traditions of the mountain town with modern projects and facilities for its many visitors.
