"Topola Skies" is located in the village of Topola borders, which is situated 54km. north of city of Varna and 50 minutes away from Varna International Airport. The resort is located on the upper part of the plateau in the vicinity of the village of Topola, between Kavarna and Balchik - it is 10 km. away from it. There are several beaches, which are situated in a picturesque area. The population of village of Topola is around 190 people. In close proximity it is being bulit the biggest golf course on the Northern Black Sea coast. An asphalt road leads to several camping sites and hotel complexes, which are situated near the beach.

"Topola Skies" is a gated ecological holiday complex located in one of the most beautiful places along the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast on the upper part of the plateau in the vicinity of the village of Topola. It is situated in close proximity to the sea and offers an impressive view over Thracian Cliffs, the biggest golf course currently under construction in the area, which was designed by renowned Golf Professional Garry Player.
"Topola Skies" consists of 4 four-storey buildings and offers a total of 204 luxurious apartments, with a lovely sea and golf panorama. The common areas in the resort include a business centre, two swimming pools, tennis courts, a playground for children, mini football pitch, restaurants and shops, a modern Spa & Beauty centre, a parking lot and twenty-four-hour security.
