Project
It is under construction and is intended to be finished by the end of May 2008. It is located in the villa area of the village of Rogachevo that is famous for its incredible combination of sea, mountain, extraordinary clean air and lots of sunny days. The holiday village consists of only 34 neat one-, two- and three-storey villas, a club & restaurant with a swimming pool, shopping and maintenance facilities and a playground for children, all of them situated on an area of 15 000 sq.m. The resort complex has an opulent landscaping and is very spacious. There are parking spaces foreseen next to all villas, as well as areas where 3 more swimming pools could be built at the owners’ request. All apartments have view over the sea and the mountain. The property owners in ECO STAR 1 may use high-speed Internet and cable tv, there are 24/7 security and maintenance services and property rentals provided.
Eight types of dwellings have been developed in order to meet the needs of all clients: A, B, C, D, E, F, G and V. All apartments are offered for sale after having been luxuriously accomplished, incl. a built-in kitchen. There are options foreseen for completely furnished apartments.
