The LLL complex is situated on first-beach line in the calm sea resort Lozenets. Project

LLL complex has a dynamic design with distinct protrusions to south-west. The overall appearance of the building is typical of the seaside architecture and is quite natural. All of the apartments offer great sea views. The last two floors are equipped with huge terraces. This monolithic building has a reinforced concrete construction. Facades are covered with colour silicate coatings and wood edging. The balcony railings have a designer-made metal frame and high quality fibreglass. There will be high quality damp, heat and sound insulation on the walls. The building is with five floors and 33 apartments.
